Q: Where can I check my browser's cookie settings?
A: Select Tools menu at the top of your browser, select Internet Options... Select the Security tab. If the Security Level is not Medium, click the Default Level button to set it to medium.

Select Tools menu at the top of your browser, select Internet Options... Select the Privacy tab. Make sure your privacy setting is no more than Medium High. Click the Advanced... button and select the Override automatic cookie handling option. Make sure First-Party Cookies and Third-Party Cookies are Accepted. Also, make sure Always allow session cookies is checked.



Q: My cookie settings are correct but I still can't login?
A: Select Tools menu at the top of your browser, select Internet Options... and click on the Delete Cookies button. Next, click on the Delete Files button. Also click the Delete All Offline Content This may take a few minutes. Finally, click on the Settings button and verify that you have the following settings:
