Darlene REALLY helped us out when we needed it. Our house had been on the market for a year with 2 showings and then off the market for 6 months before we decided to try to sell again. Our first agent really left a bad taste for us towards the entire home sales process, so we were extremely wary when we started interviewing agents. Darlene had sold a house down the street from our house, and when we got to the end of our interviews everything pointed to her so we decided to give it a shot.
We were not disappointed.
She was always very up-front with exactly what was going on throughout every step of every process, whether it was a week or two going by without a showing, or if we had a showing and were waiting for an offer or some type of feedback. She’s also extremely personable and understands the problems and complications a home sale faces, and helps you work with your specific issues effectively.
Every question we had was answered above and beyond what we really needed to know to ensure we understood the answer. Her assistance with getting our house ready to show and really look fantastic was top notch, and when we finally had the house fixed up we were almost sorry it wasn’t big enough for us anymore, because it was very beautiful.
When we sold our house and moved out of state we were very sad that she couldn’t help us get a house at our new location, but when we asked if she would line us up with an agent, she went the extra mile and really got us someone who lived up to her standards.
I recommend Darlene to everyone that tells me they are selling their house in her area, I really don’t think you could go wrong.
